As the COVID-19 pandemic increases it’s impact on all of our lives, Silicon is now working in full remote mode. For our customers this means the same levels of support – but delivered slightly differently. All of our staff are now working remotely.
Our commitment to provide your business the support it needs to operate effectively in this rapidly changing environment remains our central focus.
As outlined last week, all on-site visits and support calls have been postponed to best protect all concerned.
The most effective way to get the technical support you need is to email helpdesk@silicon.co.nz. Our full team is still always ready to respond.
Our phone system is still operational – however you will be asked to select the appropriate person from the greeting menu.
You may find that these measures are slightly different to the way you typically communicate with our team. But we have faith that our customers are fully behind these measures to put safety first, and maintain our social responsibility to prevent any unnecessary advancement of this pandemic.
